
Natalie Sundeen, a Butts County native, has built her career around serving families and guiding them through life’s most personal legal challenges.
A graduate of Jackson High School, where she finished 4th in her class, Natalie went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with honors from the University of Georgia in 2009 and her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2012.

Natalie Sundeen uses her extensive experience in family law, juvenile matters, and public service to provide compassionate, trusted legal counsel to families and individuals. She also serves her community as the Public Defender for the Forsyth and Locust Grove Municipal Courts and as the Municipal Court Judge for the cities of Jackson and Jenkinsburg. A past President of the Towaliga Bar Association, Natalie is well respected by peers and clients alike.

Natalie joined the law firm of Benjamin A. Vaughn, P.C. in 2021, where she continues to provide trusted counsel in family law as well as a wide range of other legal specialties.
